A Degree of asymmetrical ( Biased-ness ).

Lets understand one at a time,

SKEWNESS:- How biased the shape of data is & more specifically in which direction ?

Firstly, let’s do a google search for the word Skew, here it comes:-

By the google — “A Bias Towards one particular subject”, says it all.

According to the most websites:-

A distribution that deviates from the symmetrical normal distribution (bell curve) in a given set of data exhibits skewness, which is a measure of asymmetry in statistics.

UFF same internet stuff … !!! 😩😩

Hang on, let’s break it down.

First understand what is symmetrical ?

In mathematics, a figure is called symmetric if there exists a point within it through which if a perpendicular is drawn on the X-axis, it divides the figure into two congruent parts i.e., mirror images of each other.
